To create a lesson plan, you will click on create from the main menu and choose lesson plan. This will take you to a window where you must give the lesson plan a name as well as specify subject and grade level.
Next, you must choose departmentalized or non-departmentalized. Choose departmentalized.
Then you will add the information to your lesson plan.
Next, you will add your lesson plan into your personal lesson plan area.
Then, you will click on import on the right hand side of the screen to view other CSCOPE lesson plans which have already been created for you.
Once you select a grade level and content area, you will now see units to choose from.
Once you click on a unit, you will see activities. Put a check in the Select box for the activities that you want. Then, click on Add Selected Activities.
You will see the activities added to the right-hand side of the screen under recently added activities.
Click on the green back button to now see the lesson that you have created. Elements can be added to this lesson by clicking on Select Lesson Elements and then edit located within your lesson link.
